Registration Policy 

The Identity Solutions Symposium and Workshop is supported by Arkansas Science and Technology Authority (ASTA). It starts at 7:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 with registration/name tag distribution and a continental breakfast, and concludes after dinner on Thursday, February 22, 2007. 

The registration fee includes the following:

·        Attending all Symposium and Workshop sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, February 21 and 22, 2007

·        Breakfast and a buffet lunch on Wednesday and Thursday

·        Morning and afternoon coffee breaks on both days

·        Reception on Wednesday night

·        A seated dinner meeting on Thursday evening 

The effective dates for registration fees are as follows: 

·        $120 if paid by Thursday, February 15, 2007 ($100 Students, Faculty and Staff of ASU, UA and their branches)

·        $200 if paid on or after February 16 – online registration is not available during this period and attendees should register on site. Registration at the site can be done for each day of the symposium separately at a cost of $120 per day.

Payment: Fees may be paid by check, money order, or credit card (Visa/MasterCard or Discover). Payment must be received on or before the above dates before your space is guaranteed. The auditorium has limited capacity and the registration will be terminated when the capacity is reached.

Refund Policy: Full refunds of the registration fee are available if your request is received by February 2, 2007. No refunds are possible after February 2, 2007 regardless of the date of registration.

 Our thanks to the Arkansas Science and Technology Authority (ASTA) for their generous support of this meeting.  The support allows us to offer this meeting at a fraction of the cost normally needed to organize such an event.  The grant pays for the cost of speakers and other major expenses of this Symposium and Workshop. As a result, the registration fees are only needed to cover the cost of food and the use of Arkansas State University's facilities.
